RIDE WAIVER AND RELEASE (MUST BE SIGNED BY PARTICIPANT):
I hereby grant permission for myself and/or my passenger to participate in the afore-mentioned event and assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation. I also give my permission for Cascade Beagle Rescue to make non-commercial use of any photographs or video of the participation of the event, including the use of photographs in the newspapers, township publications, and websites. I waive and release all rights and claims for damages against Cascade Beagle Rescue, it's voluneers, employees, officers, staff, sponsors and other participants for any and all injuries that may be suffered by the herein named passenger and/or myself while participating in the project.
Furtheromore, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cascade Bedagle rescue, its volunteers, employees, boards, commissions, officers, officials, agents, servants, administrators and employees from and against any and all liabilities arising from this project and this use of township proprety, whether such liability is direct or vicarious, resulting in property damage, personal injury or death to any person or entity. I further agree to indemnify and defend any and all indemnities for their own negligence, regardless of whether such neglicentce is responsible wholly or in part for the damages suffered. This provision shall be construed as broadly in favor of indemnification as permitted under the laws and the State of New Jersey.
